Flap those wings!

During an annual sale, I passed by the charms and beads aisle at my local crafts store and they were a really good deal.  So I bought some.  Initially I wanted to use them for bracelets but I hadn’t thought of an unique design for my arm candy so they were just sitting on my desk for the longest time.  Then somehow, an idea hit and I made this.
