Hello everyone! Holidays are soon approaching and I hope all of you are getting into the holiday spirit and got all your gifts in order. If you haven’t, don’t sweat it because there is still time! I have been busy finishing off my YTT (yoga teacher training) and has started cramming for that final exam! These 2.5 months went by too quickly and the course will be over in 2 weeks! Nooooooo! It has been fun and I hope I will see my classmates again.
I finished off all my items for Resobox’s exhibition a few weeks ago and it was nice to take 2 weeks off to myself and focused on other aspects in my life. I put down crocheting for a bit but am now ready to pick it back up. One of the pieces I have created for Resobox’s amigurumi exhibition is this voodoo doll.
I am very happy how it turned out. Plus, when you make these dolls, none of them have to be identical. You can play around with the eyes and hatches. You can stick pins in it or not. Add a button here and there and voila! They are actually cuter when they all look different.
My favourites are these two guys. I made other sizes and colours but I really do love the lime green and the robin’s egg blue. What do you guys think?
