Happy hump day everyone! I am so sorry for being MIA for the last month but time just flew by for me! I have been preoccupied with various tasks and I’m all over the place! My YTT classes have started on the weekends and they have been so informative and educational, I am loving it. Cannot wait to obtain my RYT certification. And then there were all these weddings to attend and be in the wedding party. It’s almost the end of October but wedding season isn’t ending just yet. I am excited to attend yet another wedding this coming weekend and I am super duper happy for this couple. This year has been so fun in terms of couples coupling off into their happy lives together, including myself! 😀
Despite of all the craziness happening around me, I am extremely excited to share with you all that I have been asked to participate in Resobox’s 3rd annual amigurumi exhibition in NYC this coming winter season. I have been working hard at making as many amigurumis as I can for the submission and the deadline is soon approaching.
This is my work in progress and I am far far far from creating 100 pieces but I will aim for as many as I can. I am happy if I can make just 50 pieces to submit. Details for the exhibition is as follows:
Duration: December 9, 2016 to March 31, 2017
Location: RESOBOX, 41-26 27th St, Long Island City, NY 11101 | www.resobox.com
If you guys are in the area during this time, don’t forget to drop by and check it out! The room will be filled with amigurumis made from artisans from all over the world and it will be interesting to see the different pieces displayed. Items are also available for purchase. I hope to see all of you there!
